Investigating novel anchor designs to compare the effectiveness and functionality against existing designs. ​

​test outcome

The Tidal Anchors, at both 32° and 45° angles, showed inconsistent holding power, frequently dragging through the seabed under varying loads.

The Delta anchor demonstrated superior performance by setting quickly and maintaining a strong hold under increased loads, while the CQR anchor, similar to the Danforth, failed to set properly and consistently dragged along the seabed.​
